The design capacity of Mengtai Manlailiang coal mine is 1.8mt/a, and the raw coal is crushed and screened to sell products of different particle sizes. In order to broaden the structure of coal products, expand the sales radius and improve the overall economic benefits of the coal mine, in 2015, the coal mine proposed to improve the quality of 20-50mm coal as chemical coal, and introduced ZM200 mineral high-efficiency separator to build dry coal separation plant. The ash content after separation was reduced from 24.93% to 11.66%, reaching the chemical coal index and creating higher economic benefits for the coal mine.
