Recently, Mr. Li Gongmin, Chairman of Tangshan Shenzhou Machinery Group, and Mr. Li Minghui, General Manager of Tangshan Shenzhou Machinery Group, visited China University of Mining and Technology (CUMT) and held a symposium on the development of clean and high-efficiency dry sorting of coal in the context of "double carbon" with the Key Laboratory of Coal Processing and High-Efficiency Clean Utilization of the Ministry of Education of CUMT. Mr. Li Qiang, Vice President of China University of Mining and Technology (CUMT), leaders of the Office of External Cooperation and Development, Graduate School and School of Chemical Engineering, as well as Academician Zhao Yuemin, Director of the Academic Committee of CUMT, and his scientific research team were present at the meeting, which was presided over by Mr. Duan Chenlong, Dean of the Graduate School.

Vice President Li Qiang firstly expressed his heartfelt thanks to Shenzhou Group for its concern and support for the reform and career development of the university. He introduced the career development of the school, especially emphasized that Professor Zhao Yuemin of the school was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, which embodies the major landmark achievement of the school in sticking to the industry and strengthening the foundation and expanding the new. He hoped that the two sides can focus on national strategies, carry out more cooperation, and work together to make more contributions to the construction of a strong country and national rejuvenation!
