The amount of feed raw coal reached a record high

Good news comes from the Pingmei Group's Xiadian Coal Industry Dry Method Coal Preparation Plant constructed by Tangshan Shenzhou Group!

In October, the amount of feed raw coal was reached as the best level since production, breaking through 81,000 tons and producing 30,800 tons of refined coal, laying a solid foundation for improving the operating efficiency level of the Xiadian coal industry. 

The dry method coal processing plant of Xiadian Coal Company uses the Tangshan Shenzhou Group ZM300 system with a design capacity of 1 million tons/year. It is a landmark achievement of Pingmei Group's exploration of integrated mining and selection management and linked development. It is also Pingmei Group's first million-ton dry coal processing plant using a new generation of wind selection technology. 

At the beginning of July, the coal processing plant of Xiadian Coal Company was officially put into operation. After the system was put into operation, the measured application data was as followed: the calorific value of raw coal was 2200-2500 kcal/kg, refined coal increased to more than 3,500 kcal/kg after selection, the coal content of the gangue was < 0.5%, the discharge effect was remarkable, and the product recovery rate was high. Various data exceeded customer expectations, and received unanimous recognition from Pingmei Group leaders!

The dry coal processing system of Tangshan Shenzhou Group has changed the product structure of the Xiadian coal industry. It has gradually changed from being sold only as electricity and coal to being able to sell products as coking coal. It is of great significance for Pingmei Group to deepen the “fine coal” strategy, enhance coal mine development, and help Xiadian Coal Company improve the washing and processing process and increase the added value of coal products.
